What Onyx is
Onyx is a hand counter for tasbih/dhikr counting. Session and count history is kept only on your device. Counting itself is free and unlimited — no purchase is required to use the counter or keep history.
Purchases
Onyx offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks two things: the amber and ebony bead materials, and CSV history export. This is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge, no free trial, and no auto-renewal. You pay once through Google Play Billing and the unlock is tied to your Google Play account.
The price shown in the Google Play Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies; amounts may vary by country and Google's local pricing.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. Start a refund request from your Google Play purchase history or Google Play support.
Restoring your purchase
If you reinstall Onyx or move to a new device signed into the same Google account, you can restore your one-time purchase from Settings inside the app at any time.
Privacy Policy
Your use of Onyx is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use Onyx for personal, non-commercial counting only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent the purchase unlock or reverse-engineer the app's billing logic.
- Redistribute, resell, or repackage the app or its assets.
License
Onyx grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Android devices in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Onyx.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access for use that violates these terms. Because Onyx has no account and no subscription, there is no recurring billing to cancel; a one-time purchase already made is subject to Google Play's refund policy above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Onyx after an update means you accept the revised version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Google Play's standard terms also apply to your use of the app as an application distributed through Google Play.
