These Terms govern your use of 이름상점 (Name Shop).

1. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use the app.

2. Service

The app generates interpretive readings — saju, tarot, dream reading, past-life, name interpretation, naming suggestions, compatibility, and consultations — from the information you enter. Readings are produced with the help of an AI service and vary between requests even for identical inputs.

3. Entertainment Only

Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not advice of any kind, not a prediction of future events, and not a substitute for professional judgement. Do not rely on a reading for medical, legal, financial, employment, relationship, or other consequential decisions. The app is not a medical device and makes no health claims.

4. No Account

The app has no sign-in. Your readings and credits are tied to an anonymous identifier stored on your device. If you delete the app, reset that identifier, or switch devices, the associated credits and library may become unreachable. Keep this in mind before purchasing.

5. Credits and the Unlimited Pass

• Paid readings are unlocked either by consuming credits or by holding an active pass.
• Credit packs are one-time, consumable purchases. Credits are spent when a reading is generated, and are refunded automatically by the server if generation fails.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not expire while the app remains installed with the same identifier.
• The naming readings are credit-only. Name creation, baby naming, and business naming each cost 5 credits and are not covered by the Unlimited Pass, whether or not you hold an active pass. Saju, tarot, dream reading, past-life, name interpretation, compatibility, and consultation are covered by the pass.

6. Subscriptions

• The Unlimited Pass is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• A free trial, where offered, is available only to accounts that have not previously used it. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Prices vary by storefront and are shown in the app before purchase.

7. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly. Contact us if a paid reading failed to deliver and the server did not return the credits.

8. Your Content

You keep ownership of the birth details, names, and questions you enter. You grant us the limited right to process them to produce the reading you requested and to store the result so you can reopen it.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit another person's personal information without their consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, replay purchases, or automate requests.
• Do not use the app to harass, defraud, or make claims about others.

10. Intellectual Property

The app, its engines, artwork, and text are owned by OOTSSU. Reading output is provided for your personal use.

11. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Anthropic. Their terms apply to their respective services. See our Privacy Policy for what is shared.

12. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a reading will be generated. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend access for abuse or for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

14. Changes

Material changes are announced by in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
