These Terms govern your use of 이름상점, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Service

이름상점 helps you train within the Zone 2 heart-rate range using HealthKit data. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Not a Medical Device

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Heart-rate zones and VO2 max estimates are informational only. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing an exercise program.

4. Account

Sign in with email or Apple. You are responsible for your credentials.

5. HealthKit

You may grant or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time. Revoking permission disables the features that depend on heart-rate and workout data.

6. Subscriptions

Current pricing is shown in-app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of session notes and logs. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the app.

8. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security, no redistribution.

9. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us.

10. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, and Apple (including HealthKit). Their terms also apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, injuries, or health outcomes arising from your use. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.

13. Changes

Material changes notified via in-app notice or email.

14. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
