This Privacy Policy explains how 이름상점 (Name Shop) collects, uses, and shares information.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 No account
The app has no sign-in and no user accounts. It identifies your device with a random anonymous identifier generated on first launch. That identifier is not derived from your Apple ID, email address, phone number, or any advertising identifier.
1.2 What you enter for a reading
- Birth date, birth time, and calendar type (solar or lunar), when you provide them
- Names or candidate names you ask the app to interpret
- Free-text questions you type for a consultation reading
- The reading type you chose and your app language
These values are sent to our server to generate that reading and are stored with your anonymous identifier so you can reopen the result in your library.
1.3 Purchases
- Subscription and credit-pack state via RevenueCat (store transaction identifiers and entitlement status)
- A credit ledger on our server recording purchases, grants, and deductions
1.4 Automatically collected
- Request timestamps tied to the anonymous identifier, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Crash reports, only if you opted in at the Apple level
1.5 Not collected
The app does not request or receive health data, location, camera or photo access, microphone or audio, contacts, calendars, or the advertising identifier (IDFA). It contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics SDKs. It does not read your browsing history.
2. How We Use Information
- Generate the reading you requested and return its text to your device
- Keep your reading library and daily-fortune history available on your device
- Apply credits and subscription entitlements to paid readings
- Limit request rates and prevent abuse
We do not use your inputs to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Third-Party Services

Anthropic processes reading inputs to produce the text and, under its commercial terms, may retain that request data for up to 30 days for trust-and-safety purposes before deletion. We do not claim the data is discarded immediately, and Anthropic does not use it to train models.
4. Security
- TLS in transit; encryption at rest
- No table is readable with the app's public key; every read and write goes through a server function running under a privileged role
- Server-side credit accounting so a purchase cannot be replayed for extra credits
5. Retention
Reading inputs and results are retained while the app remains installed with the same anonymous identifier, so that your library keeps working. Request logs used for rate limiting are retained for up to 90 days. Deleting the app removes the identifier from your device; to have the associated server records deleted, email us as described in section 6.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of the records tied to your device's anonymous identifier. Email ootssu@ootssu.com. Because the app has no account, we cannot look you up by name or email; email us from the device where you use the app and describe the readings and approximate dates, and we will locate and delete the matching records within 30 days. Deleting the app removes the identifier from your device, after which the server records can no longer be linked to you by us or by anyone else.
7. Children's Privacy
Not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States via Supabase, Anthropic, and RevenueCat.
9. Cookies and Tracking
No cookies. No IDFA. No ad networks. No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
10. Entertainment Notice
Readings are generated for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not advice, and not a prediction of future events.
11. Changes
Material changes are announced by in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Adding a new data type triggers an update to this policy.
