Itda Terms of Service

These terms cover the Android app Itda (잇다), package com.ootssu.itda, published by OOTSSU. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

The game

Itda is a Korean word-chain game. It runs on your device and does not require an account. We may add, change, or remove words and features in later versions.

Itda Pro

• The game is free to play. Itda Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the K-pop theme word pack, Speak Mode, and the Pro and Boss difficulties.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency, taken from Google Play. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel or manage at any time in Google Play › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
• Payment, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Word list and content

The Korean words, romanizations, and meanings shipped with Itda are our own curation and remain our property. You may use them inside the app; you may not extract, redistribute, or resell the word list.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the paid features of the app, and do not redistribute modified builds.

No warranty

Itda is a game, provided "as is". It is a learning aid, not a dictionary or a certified language course, and we do not warrant that every word or meaning is complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
