For help with doll capture, letters, delivery, AR, purchases, or data deletion, email ootssu@ootssu.com. Include your iPad model, iPadOS version, and a description of the issue. Please do not send private letters or photos unless you choose to.
Purchases can be restored in Settings → HottoPost+ → Restore purchases. You can erase app data in Settings → Privacy → Erase all data.
