These Terms govern your use of Flara, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Flara is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, AI-generated pattern observations, and exported reports are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified dermatologist or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have about a skin condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the app.

3. Service

Flara helps users track skin reactions, food, cosmetic products, weather, and wellness logs, and receive AI-generated pattern observations over their own data. Some features require a paid subscription.

4. Account

Sign in with Apple ID or Google. You are responsible for maintaining your credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Export / Delete my data.

5. Subscriptions

Current pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the logs and photos you enter. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the app's features. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated pattern observations, summaries, and reports are produced automatically based on your own log data. They may not be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Do not make medical decisions based solely on AI-generated content. AI outputs are informational only and describe frequency observations, not causation.

8. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security controls, no redistribution. Do not use the app to seek emergency medical guidance — call emergency services in an emergency.

9. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us.

10. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, Anthropic Claude, Apple (WeatherKit, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit), Google (Sign in), and Open Beauty Facts. Their terms also apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". AI-generated pattern observations are informational only and not a substitute for medical advice. We are not liable for health outcomes, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions made based on app content. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Changes

Material changes notified via in-app notice or email.

14. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
