You can permanently delete your Flara data at any time, with or without a connected account. There are two ways to request deletion.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Flara on your iPhone or Android device and go to the Settings tab.
2. iPhone: in the Account section, tap Delete Account (if you connected Apple, Google or email) or Delete My Data (if you use Flara as a guest).
   Android: scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account (if you connected Google or email) or Delete My Data (guest).
3. Confirm twice. Your skin photos are deleted first, then your Flara records. If any photo cannot be deleted, your records are kept and the app shows the reason, so you can try again.

After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty guest session.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject “Flara account deletion”. Send it from the email address you connected in Flara (Settings → Account → Connect Account), or include that address. Your Flara records are linked to that account, so we can find them; we verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days. A guest session is not linked to any email or name, so we cannot locate it — please use Option 1 for guest data.

What is deleted

• All skin reaction check-ins and notes.
• All skin photos stored for your account.
• Food, cosmetic product, wellness (stress and sleep) and weather logs.
• AI trigger results, weekly summaries and daily skin scores.
• Your Flara profile: skin conditions, suspected triggers, goal, time zone and AI data-sharing consent.

Your sign-in account

OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you do not use the same sign-in with another OOTSSU app, your sign-in record (email or Apple/Google identifier) is deleted together with your Flara data. If you do, the sign-in record is kept only so that the other app keeps working; no Flara data remains linked to it.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor (RevenueCat), as required for billing, refunds and tax. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• A count of AI analyses per day or month, tied to a random ID and containing none of your log content, used only to enforce plan limits.

Retention period

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Routine backups that may briefly contain deleted data are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
